Hello everyone, I am looking for the help right now since there is a uninstallation problem in my computer. Recently I purchased an anti-virus and anti-spyware package that was named as shield deluxe 2008. For few days it worked fine and found some Trojan backdoors that had affected my computer but then some problem starts with the program itself and it was giving full screen and pop-ups that I was unable to stop. I was getting frustrated and so I finally decided to remove the program. When I tried to attempt uninstall, it was now getting uninstalled from my computer. I don’t know the reasons, please give me any ideas to uninstall as it has blocked the installation of other anti-virus too.
