Anyways you are having problems in uninstall Bitdefender. It can be solved using three ways.

Using system Tool

To do the follow the steps:

• Go to Control Panel and double click on Add/Remove Programs
• Locate the Bitdefender from the installed software list and select and click on Remove
• Wait for the uninstall process to complete
• Restart the computer
